Haven’t posted any cat pictures in a while, so…
First up, here’s Mr. Blue — who wants you to know that he prefers the way you look upside-down. It does so many good things for you.
Really, you should just start walking around on the ceiling and save him the trouble of correcting your appearance.
And here’s Kiwi, who seems to be taking after Miss Dragon Lady in the heliotropism department.
… Kiwi’s technique of using his paw for a pillow is almost as ingenious as tea-upon-ice.

That’s what they want you to think. In reality, they are the Bart Simpsons of the cat world.
Nevertheless, they are gorgeous! Is Mr. Blue a Russian Blue? We had one when I was a teenager–the sweetest cat in the world! (And the horniest–he impregnated the female cat when he was only 6 mos. old. She was 4 yrs. I thought of her as sort of a feline Mrs. Robinson…)
As far as I can tell Mr. Blue isn’t any kind of a pure breed … apparently to be a Russian Blue there are something like 14 different picky criteria. Mr. Blue has some of those characteristics, but not others … and in some ways he’s more like what’s called a British Blue than a Russian Blue. But ultimately, he’s just a big blue mutt.
